Nervi Conterno is the oldest winery in Gattinara, now led by Roberto Conterno, heir to the legendary tradition of Barolo Monfortino. His philosophy combines respect for the territory with technical perfection, giving life to high-altitude Nebbiolos of exceptional elegance.
The 2020 vintage of Gattinara DOCG is born from vineyards rich in porphyry and minerals, which give the wine a distinct freshness and a fine structure. Vinified in steel and aged in large oak barrels for about 30 months, it expresses a harmonious, profound, and authentically Piedmontese character.
