Ribolla Gialla is the typical grape variety of the Friulian tradition, in this version, according to Pighin, which boasts a unique freshness, balanced acidity with interesting typical floral and citrus notes. Great versatility in pairings and use, we can enjoy it from aperitifs to the whole meal.

Winemaking and Refinement

VINIFICATION: In thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 16° to 20°C.
REFINING: Storage in the cellar in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 12°C -15°C on its fine lees, stabilization in cold storage before bottling.
