Description
|
Lugana "I Frati" is the pride of the Ca' dei Frati winery, a symbolic wine that has made and continues to make the Company great. Fully expressive of the characteristics of Turbiana (an indigenous grape variety of the area). Designed to be drunk and consumed in the vintage but expresses the best part of itself years after the harvest. In its "youth" it is characterized by freshness and linearity in the drink to leave room for more complex and evolved characteristics with the passing of the years. In the mouth it is enveloping thanks to its marked sapidity associated with a lively and exuberant acidity. It is recommended to serve it cold to accompany appetizers and delicately flavored dishes.

Straw yellow color . Pleasant floral aromas of white flowers and fruity hints of apricot and almond. With time the mineral note increases as well as the complexity between iodine hints, spices and candied fruit. On the nose it is fresh and balanced with a delicate savory note.
