The Passito IGP Terre Siciliane by Colosi is a natural sweet wine that expresses all the richness and aromatic intensity of Sicily. Produced in the Aeolian Islands, it is made from selected grapes left to dry naturally to concentrate sugars and aromas.
The Colosi family, a historic Sicilian wine-making reality, has passed down the art of producing passito wines for generations, enhancing the warm and breezy climate and the volcanic soils of the archipelago.
After harvesting, the grapes are left to dry in the sun and then vinified with controlled fermentation. The wine then ages for several months, developing complexity and harmony.
The result is an elegant and intense sweet wine, perfect for accompanying tasting moments and refined desserts.
