This Sangiovese is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo farm in the hilly lands of the Umbrian countryside. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing wines in Organic Farming with passion and conviction. Vegan ! Wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. It is an agroforestry technique that is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities.
Organic wine produced with Sangiovese grapes from the Umbrian hills. This wine comes from bunches of grapes harvested and selected in September and "Rigovernate" (in peasant jargon) with a small quantity of dried grapes in November as per ancient Umbrian tradition. The wine ages for at least one year in large oak barrels. |
