Description

Villa Antinori Bianco represents one of the historic wines of the Antinori family. It was produced for the first time with the 1931 vintage by Niccolò Antinori; since then the label has remained practically unchanged, as has the production philosophy, oriented towards representing its land of origin.

Grapes used Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia Toscana, Riesling
Origin and Name Tuscany
IGT Toscana White
Winemaking and Refinement The harvested grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. The must obtained was cooled to a temperature of 10 °C to promote natural clarification; after 48 hours it was transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature no higher than 18 °C. The wine was stored in steel tanks at a temperature of 10 °C until bottling, which took place starting in November 2023.
Tasting Notes
