The Puglia Chardonnay dei Marchesi Antinori is born in the vineyards of the Tormaresca farm, owned by the Antinori family and located in the territories of Salento and the Murgia barese.

Winemaking and Refinement |
The Chardonnay grapes are harvested and transferred to the cellar. After a soft pressing, the must is cooled and kept at a temperature of 10 °C, for about 24 hours, in order to obtain a natural clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16 °C in order to enhance the aromatic component of the grapes. Tormaresca Chardonnay continued to refine in steel until bottling. |

Tormaresca Chardonnay has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. |
Perfume |
On the nose, notes of orange blossom, grapefruit and jasmine prevail, accompanied by pleasant sensations of white peach. |
Taste |
On the palate it is fragrant, savoury, characterised by a soft entry and a balanced freshness. |
