Its color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. In the aroma you can identify notes of peach, grapefruit and citrus, combined with floral, spicy and mineral scents. It has a fresh and decisive flavor, pleasantly acidic, faithfully reflecting the characteristics of Nordic environments. A wine that goes well with refined menus, such as dishes based on shellfish, or freshwater fish, grilled or boiled. However, it is also excellent when paired with omelettes and vegetables.

Winemaking and Refinement |
Hand harvest with selection of the best grapes at full phenological ripeness after having performed a summer thinning. Vinification takes place with the destemmed grapes in a pneumatic press with an inert nitrogen atmosphere, cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 4-6 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel containers with selected yeasts. Aging on the yeasts with frequent batonnage for several months.
