Cantina Terlano's Winkl Sauvignon DOC originates from vineyards located on the hills of South Tyrol, an ideal territory for Sauvignon cultivation thanks to significant temperature fluctuations and mineral-rich soils.
Founded in 1893, Cantina Terlano is one of Italy's most prestigious wine cooperatives, renowned for its long-lived, elegant white wines with a distinct territorial identity.
The Winkl is vinified in steel at controlled temperatures to best preserve the varietal's aromatic profile. Aging on fine lees provides greater structure, complexity, and gustatory harmony.
The result is an intense and refined Sauvignon, characterized by great freshness and a marked mineral imprint.
