The Tűzkő Estate is located in the Bataapati area, in the Tolna Hills, 150 km south of Budapest. Tűzkő has long been linked to the noble family of French origin, the Counts Apponyi, whose lineage dates back to the early 18th century. The potential and history of these lands have attracted the interest of important wine producers, including Jacopo Mazzei and Piero Antinori, linked to the world of wine for generations, who found in Tűzkő, in the Tolna Hills, near the famous Szeksard area, an area suited to the production of high-quality wines.
The production philosophy has always been to obtain the best varietal expression of the grapes, vinifying mostly in purity and in steel. A magnificent Terroir that has been discovered to be particularly suited for the production of aromatic white wines and, with the expert work of Antinori, authentic pearls like this Traminer are born.

Tasting notes
|
Pale straw yellow color, bright and with a beautiful vivacity. Inebriating on the nose with fragrant hints of green apple, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, citrus nuances and delicate floral notes of jasmine, hawthorn and chamomile that close the olfactory circle. The palate highlights a slender body, characterized by a good alcohol content which is counterbalanced by a decisive acid-savoury ratio that makes the drink really smooth and satisfying.
