Description |
The history of the Maison begins in 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon married and founded their champagne Maison. It is the story of a family, because Louis Salmon, Elisabeth's brother and a wine enthusiast, also participated in the production of wines. Today, after seven generations, the entire family still contributes to passing on the tradition, remaining faithful to an immutable commitment: " Prioritize quality, aim for excellence ". The Brut Reserve, the Maison's best-selling bottle, reflects this philosophy well. Balance and harmony come together in a subtle and airy wine. This cuvée is born from a blend of three grape varieties from the best terroirs of Champagne. Ideal for every moment of life, it will delight all palates!
