Description
|
Nebbiolo grown on the sunny and steep vineyards of Roero, to the left of the Tanaro river and in some municipalities of Langa, gives us generous and fruity wines. The loose, sandy soil rich in mineral salts gives the wines a remarkable richness of aromas and taste sensations.
Along the Tanaro River, in the Roero area, the Nebbiolo d'Alba produced by Sordo is born, a product of absolute quality. A red from Piedmont with great character and great generosity, embellished with those pleasant spicy and tertiary tones, originating from a nine-month passage in large Slavonian oak barrels. A sip, finally, also enriched by that subtle minerality that characterizes all the labels of the Sordo winery. A Nebbiolo d'Alba, therefore, to have on hand for typical meat-based dishes, a truly pleasant red, particularly versatile and eclectic in gastronomic pairings.
