This red wine comes from the vineyards of Valpolicella Classica and is remembered for its long and tasty finish. A delicate aroma reminiscent of almonds and violets. The dry, soft and well-structured flavor surprises the palate with a burst of cherries and plums.

Winemaking and Refinement |
The manual harvest of the grapes is followed by destemming-crushing and traditional maceration for 10 days in steel winemakers. Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is separated from the skins with soft pressing. It ages in oak tonneaux for approximately 12 months. |
