Syrah

Syrah is considered one of the noble red grapes, both for its longevity and for the aroma of its wines. Syrah manages to provide splendid results in the climates of Burgundy thanks to the wisdom of its winemakers, but it is in the warmer climates of the south that it fully ripens with sparkling results. It is a robust grape, which knows no disease and is only partially affected by coulure, attenuated by late sprouting.
