This Sagrantino di Montefalco is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo farm in the hilly lands of the Umbrian countryside. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing wines in Organic Farming with passion and conviction. Vegan ! Wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. It is a technique of Agroforestry which is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities. |

Refinement |
Aged for at least 12 months in large oak barrels and at least 4 months of ageing in the bottle as per the specifications.

Taste |
In the mouth it releases fruity notes, with hints of tobacco, slightly tannic and velvety, with a pleasant spicy undertone. |
