Description |
Chianti Classico is the Tuscan wine with the oldest regulations. An edict was issued in 1716 by the Grand Duke of Tuscany Cosimo III that delimited its production territory. Today many things have changed, but the character of great class and austerity of this wine has remained and can even be said to have increased.

Vinification and refinement |
The vinification is done in a traditional way with not excessively long maceration but with malolactic fermentation induced immediately after the end of the alcoholic one. Aging: in large Slavonian oak barrels. |
Sensory analysis |
Colour : intense ruby red. Aroma : it presents intense fruity aromas of morello cherry, with balsamic and spicy nuances. Taste : great structure and good acidity in the mouth, in perfect balance with the alcoholic component and the sweet tannins that give the wine the right softness.
