Description |
Sarpa Oro di Poli is obtained by distilling the pomace of Merlot and Cabernet grapes, vines with a floral and delicately herbaceous aroma and is artisanally distilled, in small batches, using a copper still with discontinuous cycle steam boilers. The small size of the barrels that contain this nectar allows for an intense exchange between the wood and the distillate, which is thus enriched with a golden color and soft and complex aromas, enclosing, in its simplicity and elegance, all the history and passion for distillation of the Poli family. |
