It's not a mistake, it's 1542. Today, that's five centuries of history, a family story that unfolds over 21 generations with an innate love for the land and wine .

A succession of properties ended in 1875 with the construction and foundation of the cellar that is still active today, dug into the rock like the great sparkling wine “caves” of Champagne.

The Bisol winery is located in the heart of Conegliano, in the area historically chosen for the production of Prosecco Superiore where the mix of conditions: constant ventilation, perfect sun exposure and the right temperature range are among the main ingredients for a quality Prosecco Superiore.
The steep and difficult to access terrains except on foot force the Bisol winemakers to practice a heroic viticulture , making every intervention in the vineyard arduous and painful. A feature that the winery can certainly count among its reasons for pride is the timeless possession of three hectares perfectly positioned on the top of the Cartizze hill, without a doubt one of the most precious crus in Italy.

Bisol creates Prosecco bottles by differentiating the production based on the "cru" to which the grapes belong, maintaining a unique identity for each different label.
