Terlano
Terlano Winery - Lunare Gewurztraminer DOC Riserva 2022 cl75
Description |
Cantina Terlano's Lunare is a Gewurztraminer that stands out for its elegance and opulence, an exemplary witness to the olfactory and gustatory richness of the famous aromatic grape variety. The name of the Terlano winery is inextricably linked to Alto Adige, having always been a cooperative that has managed to establish itself as one of the most cutting-edge models of regional wine production. Around 160 hectares of vineyards produce high-quality wines, also due to the texture of the sub-volcanic soils rich in minerals on which the vines rest. What is most surprising about the wines produced by Terlano is their longevity, with some of them capable of defying time by establishing a dialectical relationship with them that can improve them. |

Winemaking and Refinement |
The yields per plant are extremely low, allowing a greater concentration of richness and aromas in the bunches, which will be harvested manually in order to select only the best. After fermentation, the liquid ages for 9 months on fine yeasts, 50% in large wood and 50% in stainless steel. Three months before bottling, the two masses are assembled, a perfect union of richness and freshness. |
