This Grechetto is born in the vineyards of the Di Filippo agricultural company on land located on the Umbrian hills. For over twenty years the company has been committed to producing organic wines with passion and conviction. Production is limited to approximately 3500 bottles per year. Vegan ! A wine whose winemaking process does not include the use of animal proteins. The grapes are produced in a vineyard cultivated almost entirely with horses. The grapes are produced in a vineyard within which there is a breeding of geese, used to weed and fertilize the soil! It is an Agroforestry technique that is based on the synergy of multiple crops and livestock activities. Wine with no added sulphites and unfiltered . A fresh and fruity wine suitable for any occasion. |

Fermentation is carried out with spontaneous indigenous yeasts at low temperature. No added sulphites are used in the production. |
Refinement |
Aged in stainless steel tanks and on the yeasts for at least 6 months. |

The aroma of this Grechetto presents hints of ripe yellow pulp fruit and spicy notes. |
