A unique Trentodoc, aged for over 70 months in the Presena glacier cave: Paradice 2018 is finesse, elegance, and mountain in the bottle.
The Paradice label represents the research and innovation of the Endrizzi winery in Trentino: a project that combines altitude, nature, and the tradition of the classic method. The select Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are carefully harvested and then subjected to secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the rules of the Trento DOC , with aging in a high-altitude cave for over 70 months.
The result is a sparkling wine with a rare personality: fine, mineral, elegant, with a complexity that expresses a high mountain terroir and time as a precious ingredient.
