Description |
Cantine Silvestri originates in the heart of the Castelli Romani, where the wine culture and passion for the traditions of the past maintain their flavor intact. The story begins in 1929 in the heart of Genzano di Roma, where the founder Alfredo Silvestri began the winemaking and bottling of the wines of the Castelli Romani. Passion, as well as experience and professionalism, have been handed down from generation to generation and today Cantine Silvestri is led by his grandson Alfredo. Blanc de blancs from only Chardonnay grapes: a sun-kissed prince, a precious gem in the sparkling wine crown of the Company. The product that most represents and makes us proud: the “Silvestri method”, fresh and territorial on one hand, but also complex and varied thanks to the long refinement on the yeasts.
