Passerina, an ancient vine variety that produces a very fresh wine, not very structured, but very fragrant, softened by delicious floral and fruity suggestions. Until a few years ago, it was used as a blending grape to shade and add elegance, however today there are many winemakers who produce pure Passerina to enhance its marked aromatic qualities.
