Pinot Blanc

Pinot Bianco is a white grape variety of the Pinot family, widely distributed in Alto Adige, Germany and Austria, where the grape variety is particularly appreciated and known by the name Weissburgunder. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, the aroma is intense and the flavor is delicate, dry and velvety. Full-bodied and with a fairly high alcohol content, elegant and a medium-high fixed acidity.
