The Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Terlano is a typical red wine from Alto Adige, obtained from 100% Pinot Nero grapes grown in well-ventilated vineyards between 450 and 650 m above sea level.
The vinification process involves slow fermentation at a controlled temperature with subsequent malolactic fermentation and aging for 7-10 months in large wooden barrels, to obtain a rounded, elegant and aromatically complex wine.
