Description

Complex...Precise...Generous...
Just like the Brut Resérve, the Rosé Réserve is the fruit of meticulous attention and stands out for its unconventional character. The Rosé Réserve is also the result of only first-pressed juices and the wine benefits from a slow and long maturation of 3-4 years, well beyond the norms of the region.

The Rosé Réserve is the result of a blend of pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay and 20% reserve wines with an average age of 5 years. This exceptional champagne also includes 5-6% of great red wines in the blend , resulting in a generous wine with a beautiful tannic structure.

Vinification and Refinement

The vinification is carried out by parcel and by vine in stainless steel vats.
After the selection of reserve wines and still red wines, the blend is aged for three years in the maison's chalk caves.

Grapes used 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Meunier
