Lagrein is undoubtedly one of the leading vines of Alto Adige, and is attracting much interest especially thanks to its fruity taste, enriched by aromatic notes and its soft tannins. This native vine originates from the Bolzano basin, but for several decades it has also been cultivated and vinified in Terlano. |

| Winemaking and refinement technique |
Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Destemming of the grapes and subsequent slow fermentation at controlled temperature, and delicate movement of the must in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 7-10 months in large wooden barrels. |

The bouquet is dominated by intense fruity notes of cranberry (marsh myrtle) and morello cherry, enriched by a floral scent of lilac and cooked laurel. A delicate tone of chocolate is also noticeable. |

Very vinous and harmonious on the palate, with a delicate texture and refined tannins that give Lagrein a very captivating fullness, making it a very full and velvety wine on the palate.
