Description |
One of the oldest and most typical native vines of Sicily. This red vinified in purity has elegant tannins, good acidity and minerality and a good persistence. With an intense and fruity aroma where hints of cherry, blackberry and black cherry stand out followed by sensations of tobacco, carob and vanilla. Excellent with red meats, elaborate sauces, first courses and mature cheeses.

Winemaking and Refinement |
The grapes harvested during the second ten days of September undergo a classic fermentation, with maceration of the skins for 4/5 days. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. |
