Description |
A wine with great territorial recognition, thanks to the contribution of volcanic soils rich in nutrients and minerals, the scarcity of water during the vegetative cycle of the plant and the intense solar radiation of the summer period, when the grapes ripen in the vineyards. A white wine with a strong personality, dominated by notes of ripe fruit, exotic fruit along with the typical floral sensations of the Mediterranean island scrub, with an intense taste of white peach. Particularly suitable with fish and seafood dishes. |
