Description |
The company's historic wine, produced from 1971 to 1981 as Chianti Classico Montevertine and since 1982, following the exit from the Chianti Classico Consortium, simply as Montevertine. From selected Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, it ages for two years in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels.
This 2018 vintage released in 2021 celebrates the centenary of the birth of the winery's founder, Sergio Manetti. |
