In the now modern structure, only DOC wines are aged, 30 percent red and 70 percent white. In 2009, the aging area was expanded to 18,000 cubic meters, completely redesigning it also from an architectural perspective.
Today, the wines find all the space they need to grow and develop fully. From the outside, the new wing of the building presents itself with a cladding of red porphyry, the typical rock of the area that gives our wine a series of distinctive characteristics. The roof of the cellar has been planted with greenery and covered with vines, integrating seamlessly into the surrounding cultivated landscape.
The distribution of the wines produced is divided into two clearly differentiated quality lines: the Selections and the tradition line. In addition, every year they put on the market a “rare” wine, aged for at least ten years in the cellars, and designed to give visibility to the philosophy of the longevity of wines.
