KIUS metodo classico was uncorked for the first time in 2014 as the result of a vision: the rediscovery of ancient grapes according to a modern, brilliant, original design. Discovering what cannot be seen was the guide of KIUS metodo classico biologico, as a symbol of a community capable of interpreting its past in a new way. KIUS metodo classico is the result of art between design, territory and environment.
KIUS is the classic method that was born in the first biodynamic park dedicated solely to bubbles. In fact, the KIUS grapes are entirely grown in the Tenuta San Pietro, a green reserve, rich in water, with a unique microclimate and very rich lands.
KIUS brut is a classic method sparkling wine produced entirely from Bellone grapes. The yeasts for at least twenty-four months shape, sculpt and define it, making it unique and fascinating.
