I am a wine producer or distributor, how can I collaborate with you?
We usually independently select the wines offered for sale on our site, but we are always open to learning about new production realities, a new collaboration could be born!
Contact us at info@pierbacco.it and you will be contacted as soon as possible by our purchasing assistant.
Collaborating with us has no cost, producers or distributors will not have to bear any costs to be included in our offer.

I am a VAT holder and would like to buy wines wholesale. Can I do that?
Sure, contact us at info@pierbacco.com we can make specific purchase conditions for traders. You will have our sales manager at your complete disposal.

I need to make a large purchase of wine. How can I do it?
Contact us at info@pierbacco.com we can make detailed and tailor-made purchasing conditions for your request. You will have our sales manager at your complete disposal. We regularly carry out ad hoc services for: corporate gifts, events, weddings, catering services, etc.

Is my personal data safe?
We pay great attention to the processing of our customers' data. Your data will be processed in the best conditions and according to current national and international regulations. Each customer can assert their rights regarding the processing of their personal data.

How can I change or delete my data?
Each customer can proceed independently to modify or delete their data. If you encounter difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us at info@pierbacco.com, one of our employees will support you in the procedure or will take care of it for you according to your instructions.

Can I cancel or change an order I've placed?
After an order has been concluded and it is no longer possible to cancel or modify it independently by the Customer. Write to us promptly at info@pierbacco.com explain what happened and we will take charge of your request as soon as possible and cancel or modify the order for you.

How can I return one or more products?

I received a bottle that was allegedly damaged or damaged: how can I return it and get a refund?
We pay great attention to the realization of the packages and the wrappings, the bottle boxes travel in packaging prepared and approved for the shipment of glass bottles (NakPack) it can still happen, unfortunately, that one or more bottles can be damaged during transport. If this should happen, accept the goods from the customer only with "RESERVATION OF CONTROL" and immediately contact our customer service at info@pierbacco.com and explain what happened. Our operators will respond to you as soon as possible.
If the package shows liquid leakage, with suspicious noises of damaged bottles, it is advisable not to open the package to avoid hurting yourself with the glass inside and because you may be asked to send us a photo of the package via email and you may be asked to return the goods in full so that we can proceed with the refund or resend a new package.

Can I change my parcel delivery address?
Once an order has been placed it is no longer possible for us to change the shipping address.

What kind of payment method can I use?
You can use Paypal, major credit, debit or prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Poste Pay, etc.) and Bank Transfer.
Cash on delivery is not normally provided for and must be granted only in exceptional cases and exclusively by the Company Administration.

Are my data safe when I make an electronic payment?
All payment information is encrypted to ensure the highest level of privacy.
We at Pierbacco.com also have limited access to your payment information. In fact, it is not possible to request technical assistance from our staff during a transaction.

Can I request an invoice for a purchase?
Yes, as long as the request is made during the purchase process or immediately after. Contact our customer service at the email address info@pierbacco.com to be sure to transmit all the necessary data for the Invoice.
Unless expressly requested, we will proceed with a generic tax document and it will not be possible to request a new tax document later.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?
Shipping times depend on the wines you have chosen and the payment method selected. The goods are shipped exclusively upon receipt of payment, this may imply different timing based on the requested method. Once we have correctly received the payment, we will proceed with the shipment which takes place in 24/48 hours if the goods are "ready for delivery". Consult our Conditions of Sale for more information on this matter.

What happens if a purchased wine is not available in your warehouse?
We pay great attention to the stock in our warehouse, but it can happen that a product that on the site is "available" in reality is not. We will promptly notify our Customer and issue a refund as soon as possible.

Can I track the shipment of my order?
Of course, at the end of the day all packages taken in charge by the courier(s) will receive the tracking code to follow the progress of the shipment.

What if the wine purchased has some defects when tasted?
Although it happens very rarely, it can happen that the wine is altered in its content. We buy almost all the wines from the producing companies and we are protected for this type of problem.
In these unfortunate cases, keep the defective bottle with its contents and write to info@pierbacco.com, we will intervene immediately to resolve the problem.
Altered wine must be analyzed, for obvious reasons we cannot deal with it, it is often the respective producing companies that deal with these problems.
The bottle must be at least 2/3 full.
The refund or replacement cannot take place in the absence of the bottle, it must therefore be returned to us so that we can start the procedure with the manufacturing company.
The process may take up to 10 working days.

At the end of the check, if the wine is actually altered, the customer can choose whether to request a replacement bottle or a refund. If unfortunately the wine is finished, Pierbacco.com will proceed with the refund without any reservation.

Conditions of sale for the items "Rare and dated wines" what are the differences with traditional products?
Some bottles have detailed PURCHASE NOTES: they are often dated wines, purchased from alternative channels to the producing companies such as auction houses, collectors, dealers of rare and dated wines.
We do not accept requests for replacement or complaints if the wine is altered in its content . We cannot guarantee that after years the wine is still perfectly preserved.
Pierbacco.com guarantees that the conditions of the bottle are exactly as described and photographed on the product page. The sale of these bottles is therefore subject to the "as seen and liked" clause.
