Description Cantine Silvestri originates in the heart of the Castelli Romani, where the wine culture and passion for the traditions of the past maintain their flavor intact. The story begins in 1929 in the heart of Genzano di Roma, where the founder Alfredo Silvestri began the winemaking and bottling of the wines of the Castelli Romani. Passion, as well as experience and professionalism, have been handed down from generation to generation and today Cantine Silvestri is led by his grandson Alfredo.

Frascati is born from the volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani and immediately conquers the Roman dolce vita and Italy with its seductive aromas and its crunchy and full fruit. It holds a unique record, it is the first DOC in Italy and today, having become DOCG, it is experiencing a new rebirth.
