Pecorino

Pecorino is a white grape variety mainly present in the southern part of the Marche: it is a sunny wine, very savoury, fresh, perfumed, with depth and character. After years of oblivion in which it was on the verge of extinction or at most was used as a robust wine to cut lighter wines, finally today the time is ripe and winemakers produce it in purity, preferring intense wines of depth.
