Sauvignon

Sauvignon is a white grape variety from the Bordeaux region of France, whose name derives from the French word sauvage ("wild"). It is one of the most widespread white grape varieties in the world, with which it is possible to produce fresh white wines with a marked varietal imprint. Depending on the climate, Sauvignon grapes can give the wines herbaceous or fresh fruit aromas.
