A historic grape variety of the Macerata area such as Malvasia, native and cultivated here even before Verdicchio, and a name that recalls the threshing of times gone by, the straw and the toil in the fields.
This is IL COVONE, deeply rooted in the origins of the Lebboroni family, as is the 70-year-old vineyard from which it is produced, where all the processes are carried out strictly by hand.

Bright straw-yellow colour with floral aromas of acacia, elderberry, chamomile, yellow rose, fruity aromas of apple, peach and yellow plum. Dry and fresh, full-bodied and balanced, delicately aromatic with a pleasant mineral note. |
