In keeping with the age-old winemaking tradition of the Aeolian Islands, this wine is born, with a warm and velvety flavour and light tannins, excellent structure and great balance. Golden color tending to amber with a bouquet of fresh fruit ranging from apricot to fig, honey, almonds followed by floral sensations of jasmine. It goes well with dry desserts and spoon. Perfect with blue cheeses. Excellent dessert and meditation wine. |

Winemaking and Refinement |
The grapes are harvested at the end of September. After the late harvest and after drying the grapes on racks, the grapes are gently pressed. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 1 year. Further refinement in the bottle for another 4 months.

Golden/copper color, with bright greenish reflections. Intense aroma, with hints of fresh fruit, from apricot to fig, followed by floral sensations of jasmine. With a delicate sweet taste, light tannicity, excellent structure and great balance. |
