Domaines Oct - Château Romassan AOC Bandol Rosé 2023 cl75 BIO
Description |
Chateau Romassan is a wine produced by Domaine Ott, the name of the excellent rosé from Provence, France. To be precise, the vineyards dedicated to this fresh rosé are located near the town of Bandol, from which the denomination in force in that part of the region takes its name. It is composed of a blend that sees the prevalence of the Mourvedre grape with 55%, followed by 25% of Cinsault and 20% of Grenache. The first one is responsible for the structure and the ability to refine, while the other two are responsible for the fullness and roundness of the sip. The composition of the soil, made of limestone, sandstone and sandy marl, does the rest by shaping its aromatic finesse and solidity. Perfect with delicate meals and appetizers and refined fresh cheeses. |
