A pure Ciliegiolo with a lively and delicate character, offering fruity and floral notes with a fresh and dynamic drink. The Ciliegiolo grapes are harvested at the end of August, and the subsequent fermentation takes place in steel. The wine is left to rest in steel until March-April following the harvest, when the bottling operations begin. Bright ruby red in colour On the nose it expresses itself with harmony and elegance through pleasant notes of red fruits (cherry emerges) and Mediterranean scrub. In the mouth it is harmonious and fresh, of excellent pleasantness thanks to the fruity and soft notes, accompanied by a refined floral vein, elements that are frequently supported by a good dose of freshness.
