Description |
It is produced exclusively with Pigato grapes, harvested only by hand during the middle of September. A vine widespread especially in the Riviera di Ponente Ligure. A vine with organoleptic and sensorial characteristics very similar to Vermentino so as to bring to the glass a balanced and intense wine in its fruity and floral aromas, gentle and soft on the palate with a sapidity that helps in drinking. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to enhance the freshness and immediacy of the product. |
