Description A small rarity produced in Montevertine in the early 90s. A wine that no longer exists.
We can compare it to a Vinsanto, given the production methodology and the grapes used. A sweet, savory and fresh wine. Still in excellent shape according to the lucky few who have tasted it decades after production.
Grapes 40% Trebbiano, 40% Malvasia and 20% Sangiovese
Vinification and refinement Wine produced with a blend of white and red grapes harvested at the beginning of December, grapes vinified in white and refined in barriques and small barrels
Origin and name Tuscany - Radda in Chianti - Tuscan Table Wine
Color Golden amber color tending towards orange
Perfume Elegant and intense sensations, an ethereal wine with hints of dried and candied fruit, a bouquet of withered flowers, woody and spicy hints.
Taste The sip is rich, deep. Sweet and soft but not cloying, very fine tannins and a certain acidity and flavor remain. Overall balanced. An exciting experience.
Graduation 15.0% Vol.
Serving temperature As an aperitif 12-13°C

From the end of the meal 14-15°C
