Description |
The company's historic wine, produced from 1971 to 1981 as Chianti Classico Montevertine and since 1982, following its exit from the Chianti Classico Consortium, simply as Montevertine. From selected Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino grapes, it matures for two years in Slavonian and Allier oak barrels.
